The Manufacturing Facilities are truly unique in every sense fo term as the Plant's standard are of international level. Different "zones of cleanliness" are maintained as per WHO-GMP guidelines. The salient features of the design concepts:

1 - Each zone has separate AHUs (Air Handling Units).

2 - Environmental conditions in each area are maintained with respect to temperature, number of air changes, pressure, particle count and flow direction etc.

3 - Reverse Osmosis(RO) water system with loop in the entire manufacturing area with monitoring of conductivity, pH, TDS etc.

4 - Environment friendly compressors in chillers.
